Result for the target group:

  • 1 SSR report (employers 400 survey results)to identify new skills for young adults required by e-work employers

  • E-competency tool-kit (with 8 new competency profiles for new skills)-all languages

  • 1 E-tutor e-learning course developed+20 E-tutors (multiplicators) trained from partner countries

  • 12 e-learning modules especially designed for virtual competency development will be adopted and transfered to low-skilled

  • young adult leaners (20 trained), in partner languages

  • 2 short learning events and 1 Blended Mobility to test outputs (60 Europasses passes out)

  • 7 Multiplyer events organized with 175 participants

  • 1 IPR Box for educators

 

The project and the results will be spread in several sectors, informing target group members. Project meetings, multiplier events, newsletter, webinars, flyers, video e-mails, social sites, collaboration space will be used to spread the word about the projects. Educational platform will provides access for all developed outputs during and after the project.

 

Impact for the primary target-groups:

 

(1)Adult educators/trainers/youth workers/teachers/facilitators will:

- Obtain more knowledge shared across sectors, fostering the assessment of transversal skills and enhanced youth access to relevant information that will be used to help solve “real and critical problem of youth unemployment”;

-Access the E-tutor training material developed to support them with practical new skills for everyday work and will get certification

-Get familiar with new innovative testing method(simulation process), that can be imbedded in future online course scenarios

 

(2)Young adult learners will:

-Access self-assessment tools to measure their e-work preparedness and to obtain a personal development plan for identifying future learning paths, providing the base for quality career planning

- Will develop practical virtual and entrepreneurial skills , that enhance the chance of employability and promote e-work

- By providing access to labour market relevant training, the new skills required on the labour market will be obtained and developed

- ICT related key competencies will foster better employability and transversal skilling, flexible working methods will be introduced and explored

-Will understand better how ICT can help their learning and their employability

-Will gain better, easier and wider access to ICT tools, and open source e-learning packages and certification

 

(3)SMEs e-work employers

-Provide a forum to explain the needs of the employer regarding e-workforce

-Allow the understanding and to raise demand for training internal SME staff (multiplicator), who will be an inhouse e-tutor for eworkers and for e-learners within the company

 

(4)For the partners:

-Improved exchange, flow and co-creation of knowledge flow between all participatory institutions and across sectors

-Understanding more what the market demand is and how it can be pu in line with the education of the future employees

-Solid methodology and concept with potential of being adaptable to different current and future contexts and developments across sectors

-Promote stronger co-operation between education, youth organization and labour market actors, promote SCR as a tool of e-work promotion

 

(5)For the stakeholders:

Enhanced cooperation between VET providers, Adult Education Centers, Youth organizations and Enterprises which leads to the resolution of challenges and problems that the industry is currently facing concerning the workforce;

Increased awareness of the possibilities, best practices, good examples and new approaches to teaching and learning that directly tackle their needs;

Better, more innovative and multidisciplinary approaches to learning that have the potential to be applied at international level and cross-sectorial level.
